Atmiyaa Pace currently ships physical medals across India.
Medal Processing & Dispatch
Physical medals are processed for dispatch after the participant's activity has been successfully verified.
Medals are generally shipped within 7–14 working days after successful verification of the submitted activity.
The shipping and delivery timeline may vary depending on the participant's location, courier service, and other circumstances beyond AtmiyaaPace's control.
Shipping Address
Participants are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address during registration.
Address changes can be requested within 24 hours of registration. After this period, an address change may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.
Failed Delivery & Re-shipping
If delivery is unsuccessful because of:
- an incorrect or incomplete address,
- recipient unavailability, or
- another reason attributable to the participant,
re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.
Delivery Delays
Atmiyaa Pace is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or delivery services
- Incorrect address details provided by the participant
- Natural events
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Digital Certificates
Where applicable, digital certificates will be sent to the participant's registered email address within 48–72 hours after successful verification.
