Refund policy
Atmiyaa Pace provides virtual fitness challenges and digital participation experiences, including virtual runs, walking and step challenges, cycling challenges, and consistency-based fitness programs.
Registration Cancellation & Refunds
Registrations made with Atmiyaa Pace are non-refundable and non-transferable once the registration has been successfully completed, unless a different policy is specifically stated for a particular challenge.
Once your registration is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, transferred to another participant, or converted into another person's name.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid activity submissions.
- Failure to submit the required challenge proof within the specified challenge period.
- Failure to participate in or complete the challenge within the applicable challenge window.
- Delayed participation or failure to meet the specific requirements of the registered challenge.
- Failure to meet the eligibility or verification requirements of the challenge.
- Activity proof that is incomplete, altered, misleading, or does not meet the challenge requirements.
- Any other situation where the participant does not meet the applicable challenge requirements.
Challenge Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Atmiyaa Pace cancels a challenge, registered participants will be notified using the contact details provided during registration.
Any refund, alternative participation option, or other resolution in the event of cancellation will be determined by Atmiyaa Pace based on the circumstances of the cancellation.
Activity Verification
Atmiyaa Pace reserves the right to review, verify, approve, or reject submitted activity proofs and determine participant eligibility.
Medals, certificates, digital badges, and other rewards are issued only after successful verification of the submitted activity. Completion of a challenge does not automatically guarantee a reward until the submitted proof has been reviewed and approved.
Decisions regarding activity verification, challenge completion, eligibility, and reward issuance are final.
